The North West London Acupuncture Clinic is located in the area of  St John's Wood  and Maida Vale and approxiamately three quarters of a mile from Marble Arch.The North West London Acupuncture Clinic is easily accessed by public transport. The nearest underground stations are Maida Vale and St John's Wood.

Dr Selwyn Dexter is a medical acupuncturist with over 25 years experience .He is an accredited member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society and holds their diploma. He is also qualified in medicine and pharmacology.

He first treated patients with migraine in a specialist headache clinic. Since then he has studied acupuncture extensively from both a western medical and traditional Chinese perspective ,treating patients with a wide variety of conditions.

He has held acupuncture posts at a clinic linked to St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London for 14 years and also at the Pain management Unit at the Royal Free Hospital, London for 8 years.

He has published and presented papers on both general medicine and acupuncture.

The Clinic hosts regular  meetings for doctors and other health professionals who are members of the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS).

Dr Selwyn Dexter is recognised by most private medical insurance companies.
